Gloriamundi Foundation:

• Receives nominations online or by mail
• Requests a complete project outline to ensure the projects meet the conditions for collaboration
• Analyses the received applications and selects projects
• Establishes a collaboration contract with representatives of the chosen organisation
• Agrees the source documents, texts and pictures, with the organisation
• Assigns the most appropriate professional volunteers for the project
• Follows the project design and plan
• Oversees the creation of the various media and forwards the finished product to the organisation

The organisation is expected to provide all assistance required for the completion of the project.

The Foundation works with selected organisations and communication professionals. Gloriamundi acts as a point of reference for the chosen professional: graphic designer, web designer, videographer or photographer.

The important decisions are always made in consultation with all parties.
