Application: Organisations are required to present a well-defined and credible proposal by way in the form of a viable plan of action. This should explain how the group plans to utilise the materials produced by Gloriamundi in meeting their goals and how they intend to distribute and disseminate promotional materials produced.
After Acceptance: the reporters appointed by Gloriamundi will make visits to each location to gain visual records and gather all necessary information. We will then collate all the necessary information for publicity, which will then be released for widespread distribution. Gloriamundi maintains a constant monitoring of the projects to ensure that the process is carried out in a spirit befitting the organisation.
Follow-up: The assisted project is expected to supply a follow-up report illustrating the impact of the work carried out (financial details and the human response to the work carried out.).
